Hansson Labisig is a professor of theology at University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. Hannson is the rare theologian, maybe the only Filipino theologian, that is interested in studying the intersection of sport and Christian faith. His Doctoral work focused on Hope as a Theological Virtue in the Athletic and Spiritual Lives of Filipino Student-Athletes.
