Tanner Field doesn’t fly by the seat of his pants. On the contrary, everything he does is for a reason. So when he and his wife decided that he would step into high school basketball coaching, they put their full selves into the work. And what was the product? Three state titles in seven years. Not bad.

But the product wasn’t the motivation. Tanner created a process of creating a culture among his team that would be honoring to God. It wasn’t about winning. It was about living for God, then for others, and then for oneself. And the process worked.
