Andy Young began his journey loving sports and wanting to do ministry. So he joined Cru. That eventually included a fill-in role as a chaplain to athletes, specifically soccer players. From there, it has become his life’s work to be with and love on a variety of professional soccer players.

What’s fascinating about Andy is his ability to reflect on what he does and how he is able to find success. Elite athletes have loads of people who ask things of them and want things from them. But not Andy. That’s the beauty. He has so much to give them and asks for nothing in return. Therein lies the key to his success.
